he has about 30 years’ experience in the manufacturing activities and previously worked in SMS Pharmaceuticals (more than 10 years and Dr. Reddy’s laboratories.
He is a single point contact for all departments involved in manufacturing area
He Ensurs that the:
• Processes needed for the Quality Management System are established and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the standard.
• Appropriate validations are performed and reports of validations.
• Failures and customer complaints are investigated and properly timely closed.
• Correspondence to the customers to meet their requirements like questionnaire and technical information.
• Communication to regulatory authorities is done inorder to fulfil the requirements.
